Dan, one of our maintenance Techs, went out on a check-up and found this condenser (left) surrounded by vegetative growth, dirt and other obstacles. The owner of the home was unable to maintain this area because of health issues. Dan took it upon himself to clean up the back-yard area, pulling up weeds, clearing the cement of overgrowth, and removing some obstacles that may have damaged the condenser, and impeded its efficient operation.
