When we first inquired about a new unit your technician was very informative and got everything scheduled perfectly. We were so pleased that we referred two other people in our mobile home park and they too became customers.
We had another technician out 1/31/11 to do an inspection. He was very professional, thorough and pleasant. He didn’t rush through the inspection – he listened to our comments and answered our questions. It was very evident that he had the knowledge of the product.
