April 22, 2013 ~“Chris performed the inspections at both sites and was very experienced, knowledgeable, and thorough. He took his time and explained to me what he was doing. During the second inspection, he detected a very slight problem with the heat pump fan and said that it needed to be monitored over time to see if it would get worse. He also explained some things to me about my systems that I didn’t know. I appreciated that he didn’t mind answering my questions. He was easy going, yet very professional.”
