April 6, 2013 ~“We called Bayside to check our unit outside because the fan was running continuously. They found the compressor was burned out, but still under warranty. Mike explained what was going on and found that the previous AC company we had used had put 11 lbs. too much of refrigerant in the unit which caused the compressor to burn out. They replaced the compressor the next day. We purchased a service agreement with Bayside and the following day Charlie was here to check out the whole system. He found some other problems, fixed them and explained everything to us. Both men were excellent and we would recommend Bayside to anyone.”
