We schedule your spring tune-up (March–May) and fall tune-up (October–November) at times convenient for you. You'll receive a reminder call in advance of each visit. Members can also request scheduling adjustments at any time.
Yes. Comfort Club memberships can be cancelled at any time with no penalty. If you have received services within the current membership period, a prorated refund will be calculated. We believe in earning your loyalty — not locking you in.
The Comfort Club includes the labor and service for your scheduled tune-ups. It does not cover the cost of parts needed for repairs — but members receive a 10–20% discount on all parts and repair labor throughout the year.
Yes. Households with multiple HVAC systems can enroll each system individually, or upgrade to our Whole-Home Elite plan which covers multiple systems under one annual fee at a discounted combined rate.
