Duke Energy offers rebates to eligible customers who upgrade to qualifying high-efficiency heat pump systems. Rebates are applied for by the licensed contractor (Bayside) and credited directly to your electric bill. Typical processing is 2–3 billing cycles. Rebate Period: Ongoing.
TECO rebates are applied for and paid to the licensed contractor. The rebate amount is deducted from your invoice total at the time of purchase — instant savings, no waiting for a check. Rebate Period: Ongoing. Availability subject to funding.

The federal Energy Efficient Home Improvement Credit (25C) expired for equipment placed in service after December 31, 2025. No federal HVAC tax credit is currently available. Bayside will let you know if a new federal program is introduced.
